For your patients:

Mobile friendly
The online booking page works seamlessly with any device, adapting to any screen size. The mobile-friendly design enables your patients to book appointments more easily and on the go.

Simplified booking workflow
The booking workflow has been improved to be more intuitive and efficient. We’ve also removed the link to the search results page, therefore patients can continue with their booking without returning to the initial search page.

Side bar with appointment details
A side bar with the appointment details keeps patients informed about the booking they are making, preventing potential mistakes and reducing cancellations in the future.

For you and your team:

Booking notes
Add general notes to the online booking page to provide your patients with relevant information before their appointment, such as your cancellation policy or parking details.

Minimum time before appointments
You're now able to limit the minimum time patients are required to book before their appointment.

Existing patients only
Limit the online booking function to existing patients if preferred. If this preference is selected, new patients would still be able to book an appointment over the phone.

Simplified service fee names
You can now edit the details of the service fees displayed on the online booking page to help simplify the booking process for your patients.
